As another dramatic season of The Bachelor comes to a close, fans are already buzzing about who will be named the next Bachelorette for 2024. The hit ABC reality dating show is renowned for its shocking twists, emotional journeys, and, of course, handing out roses to potential spouses. So, who might be holding the coveted title of the 2024 Bachelorette?
Brooklyn Willie (Zach’s Season)
One of the early front runners is Brooklyn Willie from Zach Shallcross’ season which just aired in 2023. The 25-year-old rodeo racer from Cronwell, TX captured hearts with her bold personality and emotional vulnerability. Though she made it to Zach’s final four, she ended up going home heartbroken. Brooklyn has all the ingredients to be a captivating lead – beauty, confidence, and a relatable romantic struggle.
Gabi Elnicki (Zach’s Season)
Another strong candidate emerging from Zach’s season is 25-year-old Gabi Elnicki. The older sister of recent Bachelor Jesse Palmer, Gabi is no stranger to the franchise and proved herself as a mature, levelheaded catch. Though she didn’t make it past the first few weeks, her poise and readiness for marriage could make Gabi an excellent Bachelorette lead.
Rachel Recchia (Season 19 – 2022)
It wouldn’t be unprecedented for ABC to give a former lead another shot at finding love. Case in point – Rachel Recchia, who co-starred as the Bachelorette just last year in season 19 alongside Gabby Windey. Rachel had an emotional journey that ended without her picking either of her final two men. At only 26 years old, she may be given another chance to call the shots.
Susie Evans (Season 26 – 2022)
Fresh off her heartbreaking split with Clayton Echard during his season, Susie Evans immediately became a fan favorite and seemed like a shoo-in for the next Bachelorette last year before Gabby and Rachel were chosen. Now a year older at 29, perhaps Susie’s maturity and poise will earn her the role in 2024 that many felt she deserved.
Sydney Lotuaco (Season 27 – 2023)
If producers want to capitalize on extreme recency bias, they could look no further than Sydney Lotuaco, who just won over fans with her bubbly personality on Zach’s season that ended in March 2023. The 25-year-old from New York made it to Zach’s final three before being eliminated, leaving her still very ripe for a Bachelorette redemption.
No matter which lovely lady earns the opportunity, the next
Bachelorette for 2024 is sure to be a ratings smash full of drama, tears, and hopefully, true love at the end. Each of these potential picks brings their own unique story and is certainly ready to meet their Prince Charming…or at least date 30 of them at the same time!
Only time will tell who gets to pass out roses and celebrate the iconic limo arrivals, but regardless, Bachelor Nation is waiting with bated breath to see whose romantic journey will unfold next on national television.
